Email Footers

Hello all,

I imagine this is an easy question for experts, but I am pretty new.

I need to include a common footer (disclaimer type stuff) in every email. Is there a way to do this without having to enter the full footer into each email template?

Hello Shawn,

You'd just need to edit each template. There are only a few emails that typically go out, it shouldn't be difficult.

If you have access to AbleCommerce via FTP or the server, then it might be easier to open the html files directly. They are located in the \App_Data\EmailTemplates\1\ folder. The originals will be in the \App_Data\EmailTemplates\Default\
