I recently had an order that, for some reason, has NO shipments. It simply says: "This order does not have any shipments." These are products that I frequently sell and they ARE "shippable" products. I don't know how the customer could have even completed the order without a shipping method. Does anybody have any idea on how this can happen?
I will add that I recently set it to "One page Checkout". This morning, I switched it back.

We had sites that had that issue in Able 7 and I had to put code in so that if there were supposed to be shipments and there were none, don't let the customer go any further. At that point customers would refresh the page and would get shipping methods. I think it had to do with internet issues with receiving the shipping rates.

Here was a bug on R8 for the one page checkout. viewtopic.php?f=65&t=18013
