Anyone using this with R10? I'm only seeing the "Amazon Address Book" and "Your Cart" sections. Not seeing Shipping Method, Payment Method, or the Place Order button.

It is working for me. I just tried in R10 using my sandbox account. Depending on how many shipping methods you have, it can take a moment for the Shipping Methods to appear. The Payment method section doesn't appear until after the shipping is selected. If you can't get the shipping methods to appear, then make sure you have valid methods by testing a traditional checkout.

Shipping methods just don't show up. It's a live store and shipping methods work fine with the standard checkout. I've tried both sandbox and regular.

I don't understand why it's not working for you. The Amazon checkout code has been working for awhile and no recent changes have been made to it. The only thing I can think of is a customization....

It's a live store, so I have it turned off so you wouldn't be able to see. It does work on my local dev site which just has the default AC store, ship methods, warehouses, products, etc... We do have a bunch of different whorehouse and shipping methods (some integrated like UPS, some flat-rate, some based on price). I did notice a similar issue when testing Paypal where shipping wasn't calculated, so maybe it's related. I'll dig into it and try to replicate on my dev site by bringing in the same store settings and see what happens.

One more thing you can try. I noticed that you only had one shipping method which was a calculation on the order total. Try to add another flat rate method, or setup an integrated provider with some shipping services that will be in use.
