Users reporting problems logging in.

We have received at least 5 people reporting that they cannot login to our site this week. This is out of the ordinary and who knows how many people are having problems that are not reporting the issue and simply leaving. I am curious if anyone is aware of any problems.

I have only been able to collect a little bit of data. Two people reported being on Samsung android tablets but no specifics.
One reported being on safari with this error message: safari cannot open the page (Login) because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "www.shootersconnectionstore.com"

Hello Austin,

It might have something to do with your SSL. Please go to www.ssllabs.com and enter your domain name. When you look at the results of the test, scroll down until you see Handshake simulation. I doubt this is an Ablecommerce problem. You might need to talk to your hosting provider and see if any recent changes were made on the server with regards to SSL.
