Gift Options Not Working

Hi,
I am having trouble with the gift options link in checkout. I've tried with the sample gift wrap style and a custom style I made. Nothing pops up.
Here is a test product if you want to check it out:

It is currently set up with the included sample gift wrap option.
Here is the link that is being called:
WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions("ctl00$ctl00$NestedMaster$PageContent$BasketDetails1$CartSummary$ctl01$GiftOptionsLink", "", true, "", "", false, true))

I just noticed you have one page checkout configured. One Page Checkout is not compatible with Responsive theme.
