SQL Scripts to modify meta tags?

I was going through some of the products on our site and noticed there are no meta keywords or meta descriptions. I was thinking of writing some SQL scripts to populate the meta description with at least the name of the product and the meta keywords with the name of the product separating the words by commas. Before I started from scratch, I wanted to see if anyone already has something similar for me to start from
