Choose footer used with Checkout/Receipt.aspx

I am sure this is simple but I can not find the answer. Where do I choose the footer for Checkout/Receipt.aspx and pages like that. Do I have to alter the masters or can it be done in the admin.

Hello,
I found that I could not alter the footer from the admin for the checkout.aspx and the Members/MyAcount.aspx. I had to alter the master to match the main footer.

That's what I was afraid of. It is not a big deal to change it, but it always makes me nervous to go messing around with anything having to do with the checkout. I found out many customers could not order on my 7.0.7 site. I do not know what I did. I am trying not to meddle to much around my check out pages on the new gold site for that reason. I would like to change the footer and header on the checkout as well but I am scared. Have you had any experience with altering them.
