I'm a designer/developer customizing a Gold store for the first time and am running into some issues. Ideally I would like to wrap the main, right and left columns in a div for styling reasons. However the layout masters are generated files. You can modify and save them, but if you go to the admin console and modify the controls the master is re-generated and overwritten.
Is there a way to modify a master and get it to stick? Possibly by editing how the code is generated?

If you are at Gold R5, go to /Layouts/Templates folder and edit the Default.html file to suit your needs.

We're on build 5078. Is the upgrade to R5 free? If so, where can I download it?
