UPS Integration missing two fields in Gold R5 install

We finally have most of the kinks worked out of our Gold R5 trial install, but for some reason the UPS integration is not giving us the ability to enter the User ID or Access ID. Is there a file that has possibly been missed or needs to be updated?

This is just an update because Rick resolved the issue by deleting the UPS registration and re-adding it. The Shipper Number should only be used if negotiated rates are enabled for the account. This has to be done by your UPS account rep.

And, with our UPS account number entered we could not pull UPS rates for some reason.

Unless your UPS account was set to use negotiated rates, then I don't think it would work.
