Transferring licenses between multiple accounts

Hi,
Recently I purchased the AbleCommerce 7 Gold license for my company's website. During the subsequent development work, it was discovered that we had additional licensing (AbleCommerce® 7 Asp.Net Shopping Cart) via a second company account (from our previous Development VP). Since we are now purchasing all licensing via my account, we are interested in consolidating all of the licensing (for purchasing/auditing purposes). What are the steps to both initiate this and to assist AbleCommerce with the consolidation? What is the fee to consolidate/transfer all of the licensing to one account?
In summation:
1. We have multiple accounts with different licenses for the same company
2. We would like to consolidate the multiple accounts into one
3. Is there a cost for the consolidation?
