upgrade r5 to r6

If i upgrade r5 to r6...
My custom changes of database like added new some column and storeprocedure will be lost or it will stay as it is???

Hello,
We don't reset the db on upgrade, it just adds fields as needed. So you won't lose your changes.
Here's the db change log Katie provided on the help site.

If i want to upgrade in download rar file of r6 it contains only updated files or whole site's file???

Check the Downloads page after logging into your account. You should see a file that looks something like this "Upgrade from R5 to AbleCommerce Gold (WSP) R6 build 6169" so long as you have a current subscription. This contains only the changed files.
