E-mail templates not working with Gold R6

We upgraded one of our websites and all seems to be running smoothly, except for the e-mail templates. There were no templates included with the R6 upgrade package, and the templates from v7 do not work corretly (the order notification does not show values- just "ulc"). We were previously using the generic order confirmation e-mail template. Can anyone direct me to where we can download the templates, or even post the HTML for a working version of the order confirmation and order shipped complete template, as these are the most important ones for us at the moment?
