R6 Coupon still consumed even if coupon line item deleted

I noticed today that deleting a coupon line item from an existing order does not remove the corresponding ac_OrderCoupons record.

This leaves the coupon code marked as consumed, but orphaned. The shopper cannot use the coupon code again if the coupon limits the number of uses per customer.

In addition, it causes the coupon report to be wrong as the report is counting ac_OrderCoupon entries, not order line items.

I have added this to feedback.

Looks to be a bug. We will verify this and fix it in the next updated.
