Using Gold R5 with SR1.
If the site can't connect to SQL server, instead of the /Errors/GeneralError.aspx file that is specified as the default custom error file, the generic runtime error page is shown:
Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Is there are way to configure IIS / ASP.Net / AbleCommerce to show /Errors/GeneralError.aspx in this situation?
