Please consider adding a knowledgebase solution to your web site. There is a lot of information in this forum that could be lifted into helpful articles. The wiki doesn't seem to be used or maintained, KB articles are a common way of searching for and getting quick answers to problems. I use Kayako on my site, there are plenty of options out there, it may be the missing support tool to help us.
