Gold R7 Developer Kit?

Does AC Gold have a Developer Kit like the Old AC 5 and 7 versions (PDFs of the merchant and customization guides, API documentation, Database schema)? All I can find are the help and wiki sites. I liked being able to print the PDFs out and stick them in a binder for quick reference.
