Website Down?

Our website,
www.filton.net running v7.0.8, has been very slow of late and in recent days, on occasion, has thrown us out. It was developed by a previous employee and I am not very au fait with the software or the configuration but I do not believe it has anything to do with us as we have made no changes whatsoever. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
It would appear we had our files for filton.net hosted under a different domain which has, in error, been deleted. We have been advised to renew the alternative domain and reload the website files. The problem is I am not sure which website files to load. In our AbleCommerce folder we have a (large) number of files. Are there specific ones I should upload or a specific one?

Is it possible for you to restore the files? You need them all....
If you can't restore the files, and you are trying to upload the original files (from the download), then you will need to re-install AbleCommerce. After the installation, you can go to the Configure > Security > Database page and point to your database.
