PayPal Orders not qualifying for "Seller Protection"

Hi all. We are currently running Gold R6 and have just added the PayPal option for payments. We currently have it set up using the "Express" version (using API username, password, and signature) and it seems to be functioning properly. One thing I have noticed is that within our PayPal account, these orders are showing up as "Not Eligible" for PayPal's Seller Protection because they do not meet their requirement of having a Shipping Address associated with the payment. The shipping address provided on our site during checkout is not being passed on and recorded by PayPal during the processing of the order.
This seems to be an ongoing issue for some time now and I have seen several old posts in which this problem was mentioned, and while the majority of the other major issues with PayPal seem to have been resolved I have not been able to find any solution to this specific problem. It is not a major issue, but we would prefer to have the shipping address included so we can take advantage of the seller protection program if at all possible. Is anyone aware of a way to resolve this issue? Do any of the other PayPal configuration options support this feature so we would be eligible for the seller protection?
Thanks in advance for any help!
