Multiple Authorize.net CIM accounts?

I have client that would like to support multiple authorize.net accounts in order to divide up their regions/franchises.
Basically, they would like customers from different regions to use specific gateways (Authorize.net Accounts) for recurring / normal products. Limiting payment types by groups is supported, so that is where I would start...
But the bigger question is around multiple instances of the same type of gateway.
Need to support:
- Recurring Billing
- Authorize.net/CIM acct based on user group (ex. Customers in TX-Group would use AuthNet Acct A, and customers from CA-Group would use AuthNet Acct B)
Has anyone done similar or know if there will be any "conflicts" with AuthNet/CIM callback urls/etc.
Thanks for any/all help.
