Why is the timestamp from Able Gold off from the 'real' time

Has anybody seen where Able commerce puts a different timestamp on orders, payments, etc? I can't figure out how far off it is because it seems to vary and it does by hours.

From the Configure > Store > General page, in the Locale section, you'll see a TimeZone offset setting.

I've been using Central Standard Time. Should I be using the UTC instead?

Daylight savings time ends on Nov. 2nd, so I think you should be using Central Daylight time instead of standard time.

If it were me, I would use UTC - 6 hours
