Unable to Download Orders from AbleCommerce to StoneEdge

Error when importing orders:
Code: Select all
SETIError: System.NullReferenceException : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at SETIService.DO_DownloadOrders(HttpResponse HttpResponse, XmlDocument& xRespDoc, String Order Date, String LastOrder, String StartNum, String BatchSi
Please help! This error has stopped our business completely. We have hundreds of orders that we cannot import into StoneEdge/Monsoon.

I've never used StoneEdge software myself, and I don't believe anyone else here in the office has it either. If this is a new error (and you haven't made any changes to the website), then you might try restarting the server. Other than that, you should search all of your program files to see if anything has been modified recently. (eg. patches, customizations, new files, etc)
Have you tried contacting StoneEdge yet? It seems like they would be the best company to help you with this issue.

Thanks Katie. I have contacted Monsoon....still waiting to hear from them. At this point, I am trying to use all of my resources to fix this!
I will check the files as suggested.

Some one else reported another issue with Stone Edge scripts last month. Please have a look at this thread
