Hi!

My problem (GoldR9: VERSION: 7.0.89.7670)

I add a product in my basket with "Shippable" under "Shipping, Tax and Inventory" selected with "Calculate separately" (for example the "Flat Panel Plasma TV in the demo installation) and then at another product with "Shippable" set to "Yes" and then checkout.
Why is there just on shipment?,´isn't it supposed to be two shipments?

Is it a bug or am I just missing the purpose of this "Shippable" option?

I need to be able to force the system to split the basket into more shipment if it contains a product which must be delivered separately.
How can I make this happen, any ideas?

From the Help Site:
Separately - The product cannot be shipped with other items, so shipping calculations are based on the weight of this item alone, and added to the final shipping calculation.

So based off of your shipping methods, it will calculate the shipping cost of the one item, and the shipping cost of the other items in the shipment, and add them together. So you will only see the one charge as the customer, but it should be the combination of the 2 charges.

If you want it to be a separate shipment, I think you would have to create a new warehouse (can be the same address and info as the main warehouse) and assign that product to the other warehouse. That would force the customer to see the 2 shipments on the checkout screen.

As suggested by rmaweb, we've utilized multiple warehouses on AC7 when we needed items to ship seperately/calculate a separate shipping fee. I would assume that is still how it works in Gold.

I cant use different warehouses in this case, if my customers wants to buy 2 of the same product I need it to be two different shipments.
