Default aspx HTTP 404 error

Default aspx HTTP 404 error

We have installed the AbleCommerce Gold 10 and running into some issues. The installation completes but when I select the merchant page/login, I receive an HTTP 404 error. I am not sure why the page cannot be found. I have a Virtual application cart that paths directly to my cart location in wwwroot and our website. I have NETWORKSERVICE permissions to full trust as well as Application Pool permissions. I have been stuck on this for a while now. I know this may be an issue on our end. However, if you have experienced this issue. What am I missing? If you need more info, let me know. I have never installed a cart before.

Can you double check your license key and make sure it is assigned to the domain you installed to? If that's not the issue, then it is probably some misconfiguration with the web server. You might have to start digging into the event application logs for clues.

Like always, thanks for your help. Your response helped me realize that we were using the license key for the wrong domain.
