Options Drop-Down for Subscription Options?

Hi,
Is it possible and/or difficult to use/pass values from variants into subscription variables?

I have a wine club set up as a subscription. I want the customer to choose # of shipments and shipping frequency which have been set up as options.

I want the option variants to populate the set frequency and total number of payments for the main item subscription. I am using the number of shipments option to control the pre-paid price.

Is this possible? I realize I may need to change or convert the variant values.

Thank you!
sincerely,

Subscription plans/subscriptions are linked to main products and not variants. I don't think so if it can easily altered to make them work with variants. About your requirements, payment frequency should be possible by just using second option of allowing customer to choose a delivery schedule. For example you can use this schedule (7,15,30) Days. Regarding customer selection dependent total number of payments seems complicated. Total payments are subscription plan attribute and single subscription plan can be used for multiple purchases. This makes it hard to personalize total payments from customer to customer. What you can try is to alter the number of payment once order is placed and subscription is generated. You can edit the subscription and change total number of payments. Finally if this post order update thing works for you then small code can be written to automate this process right after order placement.

Thank you Mazhar, I was able to do each as its own separate link item. Hoping to have a cleaner display for the customer... but I think it will work:

We are also going to talk about backend process options. Thank you for the advice!

Thanks again!
