B2B Style Category List Page

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to build a category page similar to CategoryListPage, but it would have the following columns generated.
Column 1: Thumbnail Column
Column 2: Item Column (Name, Sku, Model # listed vertically)
Column 3+: Option Column(s) (Would have dropdowns for each option)
Column 4: Price Column
Column 5: Quantity Column
Column 6: More Info Column ( Would have a button that when pressed would open a Bootstrap model that would contain product description and product template info, similar to how in the admin orders screen there is a maginfying glass that you can hover over to have more info on that screen )
At the top and bottom of the list would be an add to cart button that when pressed would go through the list, and any with a quantity > 0 would be added to the cart (with checks to make sure your not adding something that can't be added, or more than the max allowed.
I am not having any luck making this with the options columns, would it be possible to hire the able team, or are any 3rd party devs able to tackle this type of page?
