Any tips/suggestions for using USPS Media mail as a shipping option?

Since media mail is limited to products like books/dvd's/cd's, how can I prevent that option from displaying when someone has non qualifying products in their cart? Thought of using a separate warehouse, but that seems a bit cumbersome so just wondering if there is a better way.

Using a separate warehouse is the correct way to handle special shipping methods. I can't think of any other way to handle it.
