Does GOLD R6 send the Abandoned Basket emails automatically or do you have to click the "Send Alert" button?

There is no way to send abandoned basket emails automatically at the moment. You have to use 'Send Alert' button for now. If you need this functionality, you can submit a feature request through user voice
