Prior to implementing, I was under the impression that we would be able to use the Product Specials functionality to handle wholesale pricing. However, it appears to apply to the product as a whole rather than to the options. It doesn't make sense to have a single product with 3 sizes become 3 separate products when it can be handled elegantly as 3 variants of option "size". However, that leaves us with a dilemma on how to handle wholesale pricing. We sell both B2B and B2C. Some items are only available to professionals and are being handled with the user group restrictions but what we are looking at is having to utilize the discount functionality which will confuse the professionals as they are viewing retail on some items and wholesale on others that don't have a retail component and it also impacts our ability to implement minimum order restrictions on wholesalers as well. Have any of you successfully implemented a combination B2B and B2C AbleCommerce site and if so, how did you handle the pricing? TIA.
