Hi, I have searched the forums and didn't see this problem anywhere.
My emails that contact the customer once the order has been shipped stopped working.
I have a GoldR10 (build 8302).
all the other emails seem to be working just fine. Is there something I can look for? I also noticed that we may be able to add the tracking number to the Order shipped email? Id love to add that if possible.

Hello Tom,
If you say that the other emails are working, then it can really be only one thing - your Triggers have been changed.
To check this go to the Configure > Emails > Templates page. Check the Order Shipped email and make sure it has the "Order was fully shipped" trigger. Now check the Order Shipped Partial email template and make sure it has a trigger "Order was partially shipped". If both of these look correct, then edit the email template and look in the message field. Make sure you are seeing your html in the field. If not, then someone may have deleted the template from the installation. These are physical files under the \app_data\ folder.
I'll see what I can find on adding the tracking number.

Both worked.
I restored the "shipped email" template from the back up I had made when the site went live and that fixed it.
The Link for tracking worked as well.
