Gold R11 - Rollback "Shipped"

Hi!

How can I after I "Ship Items" on an order cancel that and go back to status "Unshipped" ?
Mistakes happens and it must be a way to go back?

I don't think there is a way to individually change the shipping status through the interface. You can edit the shipment, but once it has shipped, the status shows shipped with the green confirmation icon. If you cancel an order that is shipped, then the green confirmation icon changes to a red warning icon. I think this must be intentional. Perhaps for the handling of returns.

The customer only sees the order status, so even it was accidentally marked as shipped, they would not see this on their order invoice. Also, orders that are cancelled are not included in any reports. So, it is really just a display issue for you, and as I indicated above, the the green confirmation icon changes to a red warning icon so it would be easy to see that something went wrong during order processing.

I'm sure you can change the status via the database if you needed to.
