Guys,

I just received my license yesterday and trying to install able commerce Gold. but i receive a few errors (Please find the attachment for more details). How to fix this?

First off, are you trying to install the WAP or WSP version?

What steps have you taken for the installation? Did you initiate the web-based install, accept the license agreement, install the key, connect to the database? Did any of these steps work?

I am trying to install WSP. I initiated the web based install, configured the license key, connected to the database -- All these worked perfectly, but as soon the installation is done , i get an "Page cannot be displayed error".

I re run the installation again and got the following when i selected "Please click here to continue", got the following

Hi,

I sent a new license key with port 51494 added. There are instructions in the email on how to re-install the key, but basically you will just delete the app_data\CommerceBuilder.lic file. Access the page again and it will prompt you to re-enter the new key.

Please let me know if this fixes the issue.

I received the new license key and re-installed it as well. But receive the same issue again "Page cannot be displayed"

We have this step in Installation guide
"When finished, click the button to Complete Install. If successful, you will see a confirmation page."

Whenever i click on Complete Install button it takes me to "This page cant be displayed". Am i missing something?. I also tried to open the AbleCommerce.sln in visual studio 2013, but no luck. I get the same issue.

I have now tried below option from installation guide

"3.you can upload the contents of the \website\ folder to a website running Asp.Net.

4.With a browser, open the default.aspx page located in the /install/ folder."

After running through all the steps, when i click "Complete Install". I get this error in Configure2.aspx.cs - line 82

{"could not insert: [CommerceBuilder.Users.UserGroup][SQL: INSERT INTO ac_UserGroups (UserId, GroupId, SubscriptionId) VALUES (?, ?, ?); select SCOPE_IDENTITY()]"}
