FedEx provider doesn't compile - RateService9 missing

Won't compile in WAP, seems like an issue with the web service implementation. May want to review the code in the source and update the project etc.

Still checking but looks like it's missing the designer.cs files

Never mind, found the correct download in the Downloads area, not the Download button on the codeplex main page.
