Sidebar Admin and user's My Account area - ala bootstrap

I am really liking the responsive layout and left side bar of bootstrap's admin themes I see on the web. There are plenty on the web, some examples at https://wrapbootstrap.com/themes/admin but I think this is a great layout concept for AC to use for the Admin area but also a system I would offer for the end-users My Account area as well.
