ACGold Export to ShipStation Error Code 500

About 2 hours ago we started having issues exporting orders from AC to ShipStation. After we press Export we get the following error:
Failed to export Order # 11841: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
We have tried numerous orders and get the same error on all of them.
I contacted ShipStation via their support chat window and got no where. The rep I was speaking with wanted to say it was because we changed something and didn't configure it correctly. I tried to get her to understand that we had not changed anything and that prior to getting the error we had exported over 75 orders with no issues. I finally got to a senior support person and they are asking the following:
AbleCommerce needs to get the JSON request and response you are making to ShipStation and have that sent over to: apisupport@shipstation.com
Is this something you can help me with?
Are you able to tell me who hosts the ShipStation application?
This is a big issue as we are unable to ship any packages at the moment.
