Hello,

We are going to start selling gift certificates.

We have tested the functionality and everything seems to work perfectly.

The one issue we have is the look of the certificates. It just prints 4 lines, no real formatting.

Does R11 or R12 improve on this? I looked at the release notes and do not see anything related to gift certificates.

Are there any plans on improving the look of the gift certificate? If not I am assuming we can do something ourselves?

Please let me know what, if anything, AC is planning for gift certificates going forward.

Hi David,

Look of the gift certificate is still the same in R11 and R12 as it was in prior versions of Gold. Currently there is nothing fancy in newer Gold versions. You can submit a feature request using user voice https://ablecommerce.uservoice.com/ and propose how you want it to be. Alternatively, you can let me know how you want it to look like so that I can help you to make changes yourself.
