Recently I've had two different clients reporting problems printing a large batch of packing slips. The last half or last third of the packing slips just print blank pages on the printer. Looks fine on the screen. Just won't print.

Anyone else seeing or reporting this? Seems to have possibly started mid-October and continues today.

I can check to see if we've made any changes to the batch print feature. Are these customers running the same version?

No. One is Able 7.x. The other Gold R12SR1.

That's odd. Are they on the same server? If so, then I would suspect the server is the issue (RAM?). If not, then maybe it's happening with a particular browser.

It's definitely a browser issue or .Net issue that appeared recently. Happens in both chrome and FF so I suspect windows or .Net. You haven't had any other reports of this behavior?

We have the same issue when we print invoices. Happens when we print bigger batches. I've just thought it was our printers. We use HP M603 printers here. Our blank pages comes at the end of the print job.

Yesterday printed a batch of 50 invoices. Six blank pages at the end. Using Chrome as a browser.

We think we have figured out the issue. We upgraded the printer firmware and reinstall printer drivers, but the person processing the orders was still getting blanks. The person then started slowing down the printing the process and so far 1 week has gone by with no blanks. Turns out he was hitting the print button too fast.

Too fast? As in...maybe the page itself wasn't finished loading before the Print button was clicked?

We have that issue everyonce in awhile. Wasn't sure if it was printer or software though.
