Anyone have an idea why our shipping template could be sending 2 (duplicates) emails to the customer? All the triggers look right and no other template is using the order is shipped or partial shipped trigger. The to address is customer and my email is the BCC.

I think I ran into this a while back when trying to figure out how emails worked.
We use "Shipment is Shipped", but we don't use the "Order is Fully Shipped" template, because that was sending out two emails for orders that only had one shipment.
Do you have "Order Partially Shipped" and "Shipment is Shipped" both setup with an email? (possibly the same email template) I would guess that would also mean two emails get triggered by one action.
