Is it possible for a logged in user to edit their billing address associated with an order ?

I see there is an edit button on the billing address once a user views their order under account, but this only edit the users profile and not the order.
This is the only edit I see for a user to make and its not actually editing the order info. See attached Image.

Only the admin can make changes to the order once it's placed. A change in address could affect many things, such as shipping and tax. So that is why we include Recalculate functions for the order admin.

The user does have the opportunity to edit their billing address all the way through checkout, just not after the point the order is created. Although, I'm sure it could be customized to work how you wanted.
