AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

This may be a simple question, but I'm looking for some clarity on backups...

I understand how to backup my websites root directory and that it contains things like code to make webpages work, images and assets, etc...

What im unsure of is how to backup stuff like my user information, recent orders, and other database info. Ive read about the database backup in AC but from what I read most of the time the backup file is too large to work with.

Can someone help clear this up for me ?

Hello,

You will need to request a full site backup from your hosting provider. It can only be delivered by FTP.
