Blogging Anyone?

Is anyone "delighted" with their use of a Blogging Tool with their AC Gold website? I located a few AC sites that use the "embedded Blog" tool, not very robust, lack some of the basic features of Social Media, and the graphic displays look outdated.
SEO seems to suggest same site, use AC Gold Blog, however looks like many other user friendly tools in market. Has anyone blended the two?
Any recommendations?
