We have 5 store channels in our ShipStation account. One of them is our AbleCommerce Store. The AC API connector sometimes imports orders into the correct store channel, but sometimes the AC API puts orders into another store channel. I reached out to the API support team at ShipStation and they asked for the following information for troubleshooting:
• The Call you're using to make your request
• The Headers you're using to authorize your call
• The Body you're providing with your request (.json format)
• The Body or Error you receive in response to your request.
Where can I find this information?

Re: ShipStation API sync to wrong store channel
Just saw this in UserVoice feature requests:
https://ablecommerce.uservoice.com/foru ... onfigurati
https://ablecommerce.uservoice.com/foru ... onfigurati
Perhaps this is the source of our problem also?Add StoreID field to ShipStation setup configuration
We've setup a second AbleCommerce store and now have two stores pushing to the same ShipStation account. When doing this, we found that there is no way to set which store receives the orders in ShipStation. We had to modify the source code to hard code in a storeId to route them properly.

We are having this problem as well.
Regenerating the API key does reset this. That is how we "fix it".
