LeftSideBarResponsive layout

Does anyone know if I can copy the LeftSideBarResponsive Layout and thereby make changes to what Items I can put in the leftside bar. I can make copies of the other layouts, but can't seem to do it for the LeftSideBarResponsive.

You can make a copy of any layout file and modify that copy in any way. The responsive layout is not treated differently from any other layout file in the system.
Are you getting some sort of error? You haven't mentioned what leads you to believe the responsive layout cannot be copied.
