Is there something different, unique, or special that we have to allow in IIS8 to correctly configure to allow the "Fixed Redirects" to work properly?
I've got Webmaster Tools reporting dozens of broken links for a new store and I've got the redirects setup accurately in the store, but each URL continues to throw hard 404 errors.

What do we need to do so that these Fixed Redirects are functional?
Running:
IIS 8
Gold R12SR2

I have a ton of redirects and it works without problems, can you give me an example url that give you this error?
