We have some custom products that require a setup fee. Setup fee is the same whether they buy 1 or 100 items. I've tried using options and kitting, but it seems to multiply the fee based on QTY. Has anyone setup anything to where a product has a one time fee (flat-rate) that doesn't multiply based on QTY?

Yes, I've done it a couple times.
I think I used a variable price product for one.
And for the other I think I made the the one-time fee a separate product.
