Catching Up Versions

I am currently on R10 Build 8305. I need to bring my site up to date. Does R12 Sr2 Build 9476 include all patches and hotfixes between the 2 releases?
You would need to install the updates in the following order:
Upgrade R10 to R11
Upgrade R11 to R12
Install SR1
Install SR2
Any customizations to the source files should be merged so you don't lose your changes. I always use a tool called BeyondCompare. Stellar for merging changes between two files.
Make sure your maintenance plan is current and you are qualified to upgrade to R12 before starting your upgrades. Otherwise you'll wind up with an install that isn't licensed and can only run in demo mode.
