Fedex Errors /Fedex Connector and WSP

We've been having issues pulling Fedex rates, seeing a lot of errors similar to this:
Upon looking into it, it looks like we may have an old version of the connector by comparing some files.
Is this version up to date and supported?:

How do we install with WSP AC R12? Page says "If you installed AbleCommerce using the website model, you can access the Release-WSP files. Just copy in the Admin and bin folders into your existing site. This will activate the plugin.
" But I don't see a bin folder in the download nor any mention of Release-WSP?
Please advise. It's very important we're able to pull our negotiated Fedex Rates.
