AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I apologize if this is a little off-topic for this forum.

I have two websites on the Ablecommerce platform, one of which has been substantially customized to communicate directly with FedEx via their web services API.

My current developer who has done the customization so far is having problems getting past a couple of hurdles, so I am interested in temporarily hiring someone who has some experience writing code to communicate with the FedEx web services API.
