Discount stripped at last checkout page

I have a wholesale customer and if we create a order for him in admin the discount works fine but if he creates a order it shows the discount until the final checkout page and then removes the discounts. Any idea on where this could be coming from?

Hi,
First of all, I would suggest you to post anything related to older version(s), that is, Gold or AC7 in the new forums here

Secondly, were you able to figure out the issue you are facing with discounts? It shouldn't be happening unless any customization is being done on the store. If you can share the exact steps, then I can try reproducing the issue locally. Also, let me know which version AbleCommerce version/build are you using?
