Product Export Not working

I'm trying to export my products, and it is saying the operation is confirmed but it doesn't show up in the admin panel, nor is it in the \App_Data\DataExchange\Download\ folder. Has anyone else had this problem and have you resolved it?

Make sure that the application has full permission to the data exchange folers (Network Service account). I have not heard of this happening before. You can look in the error log to see if anything is recorded (Help > Error Log). It also helps to know what version you are working with.

I have had it happen a couple of time, but when I looked a little later, the file was there. The routine seems to run very slowly so there is no performance impact on the site, which is good.

No still not there. What is "a little later?" It's been two days.

A little later was between 1/2 hour and 2 hours, depending on the number of products. What version of Gold are you on? Are you doing all products or certain products? I could check on one of my test sites.

I've never seen anyone report that the file is not appearing, so I will ask the same questions as before -
Make sure that the application has full permission to the data exchange folders (Network Service account). I have not heard of this happening before. I did both a product and variants export, exporting all fields, and had no problem. There are 1555 entries in the products table and 301 entries in the productvariants table on my test site.
