programatically delete

The AbleCommerce data exchange is a useful feature for importing and updating data. The Data Exchange feature (just like the 7.0.x data port) is only supported via the forums or paid support.

Folks,
Is there any way to delete a product via data exchange? We are using R8, build 7345.

You cannot use the data exchange feature to delete products. You should use the admin UI to remove products because it will also remove any associations between the product and other database objects (eg. specials, variants, discounts, coupons, accessories, etc. etc.)

The admin UI provides a mass delete feature so it should be very easy to accomplish.
